RX 89+ is a germicidal cleaner in convenient aerosol form, made especially for use in institutional, industrial and commercial buildings where cross infection from environmental surfaces is a potential hazard. Disinfects hard surfaces as it cleans, but unlike less effective sprays that can claim only disinfection of household germs, RX 89+ is effective against a broad spectrum of disease causing organisms including highly resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Thus it qualifies for hospital use.

KILLS HERPES TYPE 1 & 2

This unique spray further differs from other aerosols having been proven to kill the Herpes simplex Type 2 virus (cause of dreaded Herpes venereal disease). Very few aerosols can make this claim. RX 89+ doesn’t stop there, it cleans, disinfects and eliminates foul odors. 1. Removes the soil that can be the breeding place for such odors. 2. Kills putrefactive bacteria and fungi that generate foul odors, and 3. Contains AIRICIDE® Odor Counteractant to erase foul odors already in the air.

Uses

Cleans and disinfects hard washable surfaces including walls, woodwork, cabinets, floors, tiles, wash basins, bathtubs, toilet seats, venetian blinds, chrome and stainless steel, stoves, canopies, exterior of refrigerators and freezers, sinks, appliances, porcelain, ceramic, counter and table tops in hospitals, schools, hotels, motels, restaurants, offices. sick-rooms and kitchens. Germicidal Efficacy

When used as directed AIRX 89+ will kill a broad spectrum of bacteria and viruses listed on the label including the following: HERPES SIMPLEX TYPE 1 - Cause of fever blisters and cold sores. HERPES SIMPLEX TYPE 2 - Cause of genital Herpes infections. INFLUENZA A3 (HONG KONG) VIRUS - Cause of respiratory infections. STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS - Cause of boils, infected wounds and skin infections. PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA - Cause of infections of burns, wounds, of the ears and the urinary tract and of “hot tub” dermatitis. SALMONELLA CHOLERAESUIS - Cause of food poisoning, nausea and diarrhea.

Allow foam to penetrate, let remain wet for 10 minutes then wipe with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. CLINGS TO VERTICAL SURFACES. Sprays in a low foam that stays to clean and kill germs.

Directions

TO CLEAN - Shake can before using. Hold can six to eight inches from surface to be cleaned. Spray area until covered with a white foam. Allow foam to penetrate and wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. TO DISINFECT - Clean as above, then allow foam to penetrate and remain wet for 10 minutes. Then wipe with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. FOR MOLD/MILDEW CONTROL - Spray precleaned surfaces as directed above. Let air dry. No rinse is required for non-food contact surfaces.
